Welcome to the website of Dr Jane Bingham, MSc., PhD.
I am a psychoanalytic psychotherapist member of wpf/ Foundation for Psychotherapy and Counselling, and a registrant of the British Psychoanalytic Council
My practice is located in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex which is easily accessible from the Southend, Basildon and Chelmsford areas. Click for an online area map here.
On the following pages, I hope to describe some differences between counselling and psychotherapy, followed by a brief description of the distinguishing features of the kind of psychotherapy I practise, which is psychoanalytic psychotherapy.
